Born in Whangārei, Dylan graduated from university with a degree in paramedicine and began his career as a paramedic. He later swapped medical emergencies for mechanical ones, completing his HVAC apprenticeship and gaining experience in commercial refrigeration while working in Wellington.

His medical background taught him to stay "cool" under pressure. Today, Dylan and the Mechanicool team provide dependable HVAC and commercial refrigeration services across Northland, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and responsive support for homeowners, businesses and facilities managers.
